The UWM Alumni Association (UWMAA) was founded in 1956. From its early days, the UWMAA has served as a vital bridge between the university and its graduates – fostering pride, encouraging involvement and supporting UWM’s mission.

Over the decades, the UWMAA has evolved to meet the changing needs of alumni and the campus community, expanding its programming, outreach and impact. Today, the UWMAA represents more than 207,000 alumni worldwide and plays a key role in celebrating Panther accomplishments, promoting UWM’s value and empowering the next generation of alumni.
